NCI CBIIT Computational Genomics & Bioinformatics Branch

National Cancer Institute (NCI); Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT); Computational Genomics & Bioinformatics Branch (CGBB)

CGBB develops and applies bioinformatics, computational genomics, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to advance cancer research.

Any reusable outputs from our research and analyses are shared here. This includes models, derived datasets, embeddings, and computational resources. Our work includes multi-omics, digital pathology, radiology, and clinical data, with applications to biomarker discovery, molecular profiling, patient stratification, treatment-response prediction, and overall precision oncology.
